Through their deeply personal stories, we see how ancient archetypes still pulse in the hearts of real women today.<\/p><p>IN the centre of our story is Cyprus, known as the island of love, where Aphrodite is said to have risen from the sea \u2014 but as the ancients understood, love was never simple. Aphrodite\u2019s children represented the full spectrum of human emotion: Anteros love that restores balance, Eros the God of passion, Phobos and Deimos Gods of fear and dread, Pothos God of longing, and Harmonia the Godess of harmony. Love, in this mythology, is not just sweetness and light \u2014 it is fire, chaos, yearning, fear, and peace.<\/p><p>This series doesn\u2019t retell myths \u2014 it shows how myth lives on, in flesh and blood, in ambition and sacrifice.
